Our Commitment

We are committed to servicing & maintaining all Ryko equipment in the 7 southernmost counties of Florida. All new Ryko equipment purchased from CWE&S comes with a 3 - month labor warranty & one year parts warranty. We offer competitive Full Maintenance Contracts to all customers upon the expiration of such labor warranty.

When you select our Full Maintenance Contract, you will have the peace of mind that your car wash will be maintained & repaired in a manner that minimizes downtime and loss of revenue. Our service team is comprised of twenty employees. Each technician has his own service truck stocked with the integral parts necessary to keep your machine up & running. Our home office dispatch center operates 7 days a week & our technicians are also available seven days a week. With a vehicle tracking system (GPS) in place & a mobile phone network, communication between the home office & the field is efficient & effective.

Our Technicians

When a customer calls for service, the calls are dispatched and routed through our state-of-the-art tracking software. All of our technicians work exclusively on car wash equipment; rest assured that as a CWE&S customer you are our top priority.

Technician Training Program

Technical support meetings are held at our facility on a bi-weekly basis with all technicians & managers to enhance the abilities of our service personnel in dealing with technical issues that may arise. Additionally, special training sessions are conducted semi-annually to keep our technicians knowledgeable in new developments with existing machinery & new items. Our Service Department

Our technicians are available 7 days a week from 8 am until 5 pm. Generally, if a service call is received in the morning, service takes place the same day.

Supplies & Inventory

Supplies

We take advantage of our 8,000 square feet of warehouse space by always keeping necessary parts in stock. We stock over 6,000 different items for the many different types of car wash machines we service.

Inventory

All in-stock parts are ordered by our warehouse Manager & our perpetual inventory system assists in making sure items are ordered in a timely manner. Our three fully-stocked warehouses are strategically placed so there is no more than 1 hour of drive time from anywhere within our territory.
