The Installation Process
The successful installation and start-up of your new car wash machine is our number one priority. We process new equipment installations for "new to industry" and existing location customers. Our staff will coordinate with your Architect/Engineer for bay and equipment layout & review architectural drawings, as they are available, and complete a physical electrical and plumbing layout on-site construction.

Our Installation Team

Our installation department consists of two teams. Each technician has his own installation truck stocked with the integral parts necessary to get your car wash machine ready for operation. Prior to the arrival of a car wash machine, the installation team will inspect your existing site for utilities present and suggest modifications, as they are necessary.

Our Distinction ~ New Equipment Installation

OFF-LOAD/START-UP: When your Ryko car wash machine arrives at its destination, our installation team is ready to off-load and begin the process of installation. This includes bolting the machine in place, connecting electrical wiring and plumbing, setting up the equipment room and testing the machine. Once the installation team is satisfied with a successful start-up, it will go through an initial training program. Shortly afterwards, there will be a "Turn-over Meeting" scheduled with the customer, the Installation/Project Manager, the Service Manager and a local Service Technician of Car Wash Equipment and Supplies. Also in attendance will be the Sales Executive and the Vice President of Sales from Car Wash Equipment & Supplies to finalize your marketing and signage requirements.
